Blueberries and cream muffins

2 cups of all purpose flour

1 & 1/8cup of sugar

1 cup of sour cream

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp vanilla

2 eggs

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups of frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 375 bake.


Combine all ingredients except blueberries. Fold frozen blueberries into the batter.


Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon batter into muffin tins and bake for about 25 minutes. Muffins will be golden brown on top. And should be fully done inside (insert toothpick-should come out clean).


Serve warm with butter.
