Easy Chicken Pasta

1 large can of cream of chicken soup

2 cups of half and half

1 brick of cream cheese

1 8 ounce package of mozzarella cheese

1 pound of chicken breasts or chicken thighs

1 packet of Italian dressing mix (Yes the powder)

1-2 tablespoons of minced garlic

Sprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional)


Add all of the above ingredients to a crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and stir thoroughly in sauce.


Depending of your preference, you could add some mushrooms, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, etc. The possibilities are endless!


1 pound or package of pasta of your choice (I like angel hair or linguine)-cooked and drained- I always reserve some pasta water for later just in case you need to thin out the sauce.


Add your pasta and mix well. Add some pasta water if sauce is too thick.
