Hashbrown Casserole

1 bag of southern style dice frozen hash brown potatoes

1 pint of heavy whipping cream

2-4 cups of sharp cheddar cheese shredded mix in and top of casserole

Salt and pepper to taste

1 stick of butter

Add all ingredients to a casserole dish with a lid and bake at 350* for an hour or until potatoes are cooked through.
