Nothing like a good dinner roll

The best thing about a good dinner roll is eating them! These are multi-purpose dinner rolls that can be served with almost anything. They are even good with that leftover Honey Baked Ham for lunch! You can freeze baked rolls to reheat later. Just remove them from the freezer and microwave them for a few seconds until they are no longer frozen and reach the desired temperature! My family and friends love this recipe!

2tbsp yeast (3 packets)

2 ½ cup hot tap water

3/4 cup oil

1/4 cup light brown sugar packed

1/2 cup white sugar

6-8 cups all-purpose flour

2 eggs

2 ½ teaspoon salt

Dissolve yeast in hot water and add remaining ingredients except for flour. Whisk to stir briefly. Add 4 cups of flour and use the dough hook until smooth. Add remaining flour until dough is nicely formed and a tad sticky to the touch. Cover and allow to rise until doubled in size (may take up to an hour). Shape into balls about the size of a golf ball and place on a greased baking sheet (dough should touch). Let it rise until doubled again. Then bake for about 15 minutes in a 350-degree

oven. Brush with butter.
