Pimento Cheese

Add all ingredients to food processor and process:

1 brick of cream cheese

1 brick of sharp yellow cheddar

1 brick of sharp white cheddar

1-7 ounce jar of pimentos-the whole jar

1/2 to 1 whole cup of Duke's mayonnaise

Pulse until smooth and enjoy!
