Power Up your Ramen

1/2 cup mixed vegetables
1/2- 1 cup of broccoli slaw mix
2 cups of water
1 tsp of beef or chicken bouillon (I LOVE the Knorr brand)
1 package of Ramen noodles of you choice (chicken or beef, obviously)
Add water to boiler pot with bouillon. Add veggies and broccoli slaw. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then add noodles and flavor packet. Cook for another 5 minutes or until noodles are done. I do not drain my Ramen. I like the broth, but you do you.
Serve and enjoy!
