Pumpkin Soup

6-8 cups of chicken broth

2 cubes of Knorr chicken bouillon 

2 cans of Libby pure pumpkin 

1 stick of butter 

1-2 cups of heavy cream 

Dash of cinnamon 

Dash of cumin 

Dash of pumpkin pie spice

Dash of onion powder 

1tbsp of minced garlic 

Salt and pepper to taste


Bring broth, bouillon, butter, and pumpkin to a boil. 

Add the spices and garlic.

Reduce heat to low.

Add the heavy cream.

Simmer for 5 minutes or so. 


Enjoy immediately 

Refrigerate leftovers for a few days
