Spinach and Artichoke Dip

A twist on an old favorite.
1 15 oz. bag of frozen spinach
8 oz. full fat sour cream
8 oz. Regular mayonnaise
8 oz. full fat cream cheese, room temperature
1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
16oz. shredded mozzarella, divided with some leftover for the top of dip
5 oz. shredded Parmesan
Kosher salt
fresh cracked pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Add cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, pepper, salt, Parmesan cheese, and a portion of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined. Then add the artichoke hearts and spinach and garlic. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Spread in an even layer and top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Then broil for 1-2 minutes or until the mozzarella on top starts to get dark golden brown.
Serve with tortilla chips, bread, or crackers. Enjoy!
