Vanilla Cream Cheese Pound Cake

2 Cups of Swan’s Down cake flour

2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour

2 Cups of sugar

4 sticks of butter

1-8 ounce brick of cream cheese

1-3.4 ounce package of Jello vani instant pudding

1tsp salt

6 eggs


Beat cream chees, butter, and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, slowly add cake flour alterna with all-purpose flour. Add salt and pudding mix. Beat all ingredients until well blended.

Spray a Bundt pan or fluted cake pan with cooking spray and pour in batter. Bake at 350* for about 1.5 hours or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow cake to cool and serve plain or with your favorite toppings!
